Delivery

Carnethy Woodfuel offer free delivery up to 20 miles from our premises in Howgate to Edinburgh, Midlothian and the Scottish Borders. We do not deliver products over 20 miles. We are using Google Maps to calculate the road travel distance from our postcode EH26 8QD to your location.

We aim to ensure that your delivery is completed within 7 working days of us receiving your order confirmation. We do not expect you to stay indoors all day waiting for your delivery so we ask that you provide as much information within the Order Notes section at Checkout. Please can you include the following information:

• • Preferred time of day for delivery.
  • Preferred location within your premises for us to leave your products as we will not leave them outside on the kerbside. We would like to request that product drops are no greater than 10 metres from the entrance to your premises.
  • Whether you would like your logs to be left in the bag or tipped out at the requested delivery location.
  • Details of any access issues from the roadside.

We will contact you by email to confirm your delivery date and timeslot.

Wherever possible we will group deliveries by location and postcode so as to reduce our travel time and carbon footprint whilst ensuring that we meet our delivery target of 7 working days from order confirmation.
