Our kiln dried hardwood logs have an average moisture content of 17% and provide extremely good heat efficiency.
The damp Scottish winter can sometimes restrict the moisture content levels of hardwood logs however when dried in a kiln the moisture content is reduced so that an easy burn and efficient burning log is maintained.
Our logs are cut on average to 22cm – 24cm in length and will fit in the majority of wood burning stoves.
These bags are extremely useful in storage constrained areas and offer a clean and tidy solution for storing logs. Their dimensions are 90cm x 45cm x 45cm and have a rain lid on top keeping any additional moisture to a minimum if kept outside.
New orders for bulk bags and barrow bags will not be delivered until w/c 1st January 2024 now. Orders can be placed online again from Monday 18th December.
Orders for kiln dried nets and briquettes can still be ordered and delivered within 10 days.
